Kyle made it out on a Friday when I called him at 4 o'clock. Really nice guy who gave me some pointers on my unit. Will definitely keep him in mind for any future issues.

Kyle was fantastic! Very professional and helpful. We were having issues with our ac and Capital City was able to get us taken care of same day.

Really appreciated how they first tried to repair our 22 year old HVAC system without trying to hard sell a new system. Pleasant to work with. We ended up having to get a new system, and the price was reasonable, and the installation process went smooth and the installers were very courteous. Definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Kodie was very professional and thorough. Got me back up and running in what seemed like less than 20 minutes. Wont even consider anyone else for future problems. Also was priced very well. My central air went out, I called at 8am when they opened on the week of the fourth of july and they had Kyle at my house by 1:30 and my air back on by 2:30! Super nice guy, great fast service. Highly recommend!

Had them out for the annual service on our AC. By far the best communication and customer service of any HVAC company we've ever used.

They were able to connect My new air conditioner to my existing furnace. They were very knowledgeable, polite and professional. They answered all my questions. They made sure I understand the operations of my Air conditioner unit and the way it worked with my furnace. They removed all trash and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Kyle seemed very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time checking the system and explaining things to us. He offers a reasonably priced maintenance plan for the AC and furnace.

Kyle and his team are fantastic. Super efficient, friendly and clean. Kyle helped me program the new thermostat and showed me how to adjust the dampers he installed to blow some air some air to another room in the house that wasn't well ventilated. Great service. Very good experience. Kyle was prompt and professional. My AC was low on refrigerant. He explained my options and what he would need to do. Cleaned up my outside unit and verified the temperature. My furnace is 50 years old and probably needs replaced. He didn’t try to sell me on doing that right now. Was honest about the best time to purchase and even wrote up a quick estimate. They were upfront with pricing before I even scheduled, which was affordable. Responded quickly to my inquiry and got me onto their schedule in a reasonable time. My kids and kitties can be cool again! Will definitely call them for future services.

Kyle to rescue again. Older furnace was giving me fits on the coldest morning of the year (so far). He returned my early morning call for help with a time to look at it but due to prior appointments told me he might have to leave and come back. He got there earlier than he first said and was able to get me heat in under an hour. Thanks for the quick and efficient service.

Capital heating did a great job installing our new furnace. They did it in about half of the time they estimated it would take, and it works great. They cleaned up after themselves, and even helped me replace the battery in my thermostat. They were quite a bit cheaper than their competitors. I highly recommend this company, and give them a five star ratting. Dave

I had an issue with a furnace not turning on and igniting. Kyle came by and found out that the circuit board was glitching out the system, causing the limit switches to fail. He quickly found a new board and installed it the same day. He was quick and the pricing was more than fair. I would recommend Cap City HVAC to anyone in Shawnee County.

Kyle fixed our furnace when it stopped working. He was friendly and professional. He explained the issue, and even got a replacement part for free because it was under warranty. He has helped several of our friends and they have all had good things to say about capital city heating and cooling.
