Who we are
We are a licensed and insured mechanical contractor that specializes in residential heating and cooling, including service, replacement, remodels and new construction. The business is family owned and operated, and it is still a relatively new company. We have only been in business for a few years, but we come in with over 20 years of experience in the field and the ambition to prove ourselves to Topeka through hard work, professionalism and reliability.
We service all makes and models of residential heating and cooling equipment, and we work with our local wholesalers to give our customers the most cost-effective repair options and the longest life from their equipment.
When a repair is not a cost-effective option, or it is time to upgrade for reliability and efficiency, we offer replacement options for every home and price range. We sell Heil equipment, a brand of International Comfort Products (ICP), which has made heating, cooling and indoor air quality products for 70 years. All of our systems carry 10-year parts and 2-year labor warranties. We want to offer a brand that is affordable for our customers, and first and foremost, one we have found to be a quality product.
What guides us
Our Christian values guide us in day-to-day business and in the bigger picture of where we want to go and how we want to get there. We believe in treating each customer and each situation with respect and accountability. No customer is too small for our full attention, and we will not walk away from a problem without first giving our best effort to solve it.
We treat all people with respect and honesty. If we feel there is a better option for you than our service, we will be upfront about it rather than treat you like a sale. Building trustworthy, long-term relationships with our customers matters more to us than a one-time sale, and standing behind our word and our work should always matter more than a dollar.
We hope to help bring that standard back to the marketplace, because local customers deserve to trust the people they let into their homes and to be proud of what they buy. We are not too big to be transparent, and we are not too small to find an answer for how to get the job done.
